At Libis Coffee Roaster we encourage the purchase of green coffee (not roasted) through fair trade directly with the producer.

And when we buy through a cooperative, we make sure that quality standards and fair treatment are met, also valuing the social works that are carried out for the benefit of producers and their families.

However, for us, direct contact should be a normal procedure in any sector, and not something extraordinary.

That is why we want to go one step further in the social impact that we generate with our coffee.

How do we make it possible?

Through the Ana Delia by Libis CR Fund in alliance with EthicHub

Our main objective is to help producer families who are at risk of bank exclusion to obtain financing through investors who in turn receive a good return.

Thanks to this, the producers:

• They receive fair financing to invest in their coffee plantations.
• They avoid informal lenders and their exaggerated interest rates.

Know the process

Small producers seek financing on the EthicHub platform, offering a 15% annual return in local currency.

When the project achieves the desired financing, the money reaches the small producers who invest it in their coffee plantations.

When the stipulated time expires, the producers return the requested loan plus the agreed profitability.

And all this is sustainable because EthicHub has created an ecosystem where everyone involved benefits from mutual cooperation, with a model based on the real and productive economy.

How does the Ana Delia Fund work?

The Ana Delia Fund will be dedicated exclusively to financing EthicHub projects.

Through the EthicHub platform we will follow the same process explained above.

Only that in the repayment phase of the loan, the capital invested plus the accrued interest will be used to finance a new project and so on, over and over again.

That is, with each purchase you will be making your contribution to the Ana Delia Fund, which will be financed with:

We have created the fund with an initial contribution of €150.

And it will constantly be funded by:

- One euro (€1) for each kilo of coffee sold in our store.

- The capital plus interest on the return on investment.

- 100% of the sale of "SOCIAL IMPACT" cards on our website.
